KLAPHAKE, Judge Appellant, Estate of Evelyn Sophia Evenson, challenges the trial court's award of costs and attorney fees to the former personal representative, respondent Daniel Edwards, after Edwards unsuccessfully defended a challenge to the validity of Evenson's will, codicil, and a contract for deed. We affirm.
