Sweet, deceased, and the amount of inheritance tax to be paid, the county courts order included in the estate the present worth of annuity benefits payable to Sweets widow under the United States Civil Service Retirement Act, 5 U.S.C.A. 691 et seq. The executrix appeals from the entire order but submits argument only on that part of it which determines the annuities to be taxable under Wisconsin inheritance tax statutes.
