This is an appeal from a take nothing judgment entered in favor of appellees on appellants claims of breach of fiduciary duty and conversion. Appellants bring eight points of error challenging the sufficiency of the evidence supporting the jurys findings on liability, challenging the trial courts refusal to submit a jury issue on their claim of unjust enrichment, and challenging the trial courts admission of certain evidence. We reverse and remand.
