Proceeding in the County Court commenced by the petition of Leola Zink Sattell for construction of the will of her deceased
father, George L. Zink. The petitioner sought to establish that she was entitled, either under the will or by the laws of
intestacy, to share equally with three other of testator's daughters in certain real property acquired by the testator after
he had executed his will. A hearing on the petition was held, after which the trial court entered an order denying the relief
requested by the petitioner. From this order the petitioner appeals. The petitioner, Leola Zink Sattell, is the eldest of four daughters of George L. Zink, deceased. The decedent, a retired
farmer, had executed a will on October 15, 1954, when he was 79 years of age. At the time he executed his will, his assets
consisted of personal property valued at about $9,000 and a farm with a small house valued at about $36,000. In part, his
will directed that his estate be disposed of in the following manner:
