Claim filed by claimant Winifred Zellmer against the estate of Carl E. Zellmer (hereinafter referred to as Dr. Zellmer), deceased,
for breach of contract. On February 19, 1942, Dr. Zellmer's first wife, Luella Zellmer, instituted an action for divorce against him in the Upper
Municipal Branch of the County Court of Langlade county. Subsequently, the parties to the action entered into a stipulation,
subject to the approval of the court and contingent upon a decree of divorce being entered, which proved for a division of
property, and the payment of alimony and support money for the three minor daughters of the parties. One of such three minor
daughters was the claimant Winifred Zellmer, born August 9, 1929.
