The Estate of Ellen Nora Hann ("Estate") appeals a $31,802.00 judgment in favor of Jim Hann ("Jim") on his claim against the Estate for one-half of the savings account in the name of Ellen Nora Hann ("Decedent") and for services rendered to the Decedent during her lifetime. The Estate alleges that Jims claim was untimely, that any claim for services provided after April 3, 1985, is barred by the statute of limitations, that testimony was admitted in violation of the Dead Mans statute, and that the judgment was unsupported by the evidence and contrary to law. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
